Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposal calendars, grant reporting, and award documentation
  • Work with program heads to scope collaborations and data-use agreements
  • Track restricted funds and principal-supporter reporting requirements
  • Maintain clean administrative records for annual reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in research administration, grants management, or foundation operations
  • Familiarity with non-profit reporting and sponsored-research agreements
  • Strong attention to confidentiality, deadlines, and audit trails
  • Ability to work with scientific staff without turning their time into paperwork
