Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal calendars, grant reporting, and award documentation
- Work with program heads to scope collaborations and data-use agreements
- Track restricted funds and principal-supporter reporting requirements
- Maintain clean administrative records for annual reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in research administration, grants management, or foundation operations
- Familiarity with non-profit reporting and sponsored-research agreements
- Strong attention to confidentiality, deadlines, and audit trails
- Ability to work with scientific staff without turning their time into paperwork
Preferred experience
- Experience with private foundations or independent research institutes
- Experience with data-use or materials-access agreements
