Distributed Analysis Initiative

Field Array Statistics

What the network has contributed to the work.

The Field Array performs the majority of the Laboratories' distributed analysis. The figures below summarize static public extract FAL-DAI-PUBLIC-2026-07-06-A, generated at 2026-07-06T01:31:00Z, and the longer growth record behind it.

Method
Rounded public metrics; quarantined and replay-disputed returns excluded

More than four hundred million processor-hours have been contributed to the Laboratories since the Initiative opened in 2003. That is analysis the Laboratories could not have afforded to buy, performed by machines that would otherwise have sat idle.

Seven-day active client counts, annual public snapshots

It is, in the end, the founding principle of the Laboratories: a great deal can be recovered from very little, if enough of it is gathered, patiently, from enough places.

Method
Queue counts rounded; replay and quarantine rates are public aggregate controls

Replay and quarantine rates are not signs of waste. They are how the Laboratories detect faulty clients, altered returns, duplicated work, and campaign drift before those results enter staff review.
