These terms govern your use of the Fundamental Acoustics Laboratories website and public programs. By using this site you agree to them.

Use of materials

The scientific record published here -- including the Persistent Signal Catalog and the Night Watch instrument -- is made available for research and educational use. You may cite and reference it with attribution. You may not represent the Laboratories' data as your own, nor use the Laboratories' name to imply endorsement.

Public submissions

Observations, applications, and other submissions become part of the Laboratories' records. Submitting an observation does not guarantee its inclusion in the catalog; entries are added only after review. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share.

Location features

Location-based observing windows and place-search results are approximate and provided for informational use. You control whether to grant browser location permission and may use the available alternatives. Submissions may be routed to appropriate personnel, but submission does not guarantee a response, review outcome, or publication.

The Field Array

Participation in the Distributed Analysis Initiative is voluntary and may be ended at any time by uninstalling the client. The client is provided as-is for the purpose of contributing analysis to the Laboratories' work.

No warranty

This site and its instruments are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The Laboratories are not liable for any loss arising from their use.
